Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All coaching sessions and packages must be booked through the online scheduling system. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with session details and any prep materials. Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid services unless otherwise arranged. Free Discovery Sessions are limited to one per client and must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will be considered a missed appointment and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out directly—I’ll always do my best to accommodate with grace. No-shows without communication will forfeit the session. Refund Policy Due to the nature of coaching and digital materials, all sales are final once a session or package has begun. You can request a refund on coaching packages within 7 days of purchase and 24 hours before the first session. After the first session, refunds are not available. Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances. If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out—I’m committed to integrity and will prayerfully consider each situation with care. Package Completion Policy Each coaching package is designed to support your healing journey with structure and flexibility. To honor your time and mine, sessions must be completed within the following time-frames: • Flourish Forward (4-week package): All sessions must be used within 6 weeks of your first scheduled appointment. • Thrive in Truth (8-week package): All sessions must be used within 10 weeks of your first scheduled appointment. Coach Cancellations - If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session. This allows space for life’s interruptions while keeping your progress steady and intentional. Unused sessions beyond the completion window are forfeited unless otherwise arranged in advance. If you need to pause due to illness or emergency, please reach out—I’ll always do my best to accommodate with grace.
