Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in providing high‑quality products, services, and healthy, pasture‑raised Dorper sheep. Because our offerings include handcrafted skincare, live animals, and personalized coaching, our refund policy is tailored to each category.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Buttercream Beauty products are prepared and packed promptly to ensure freshness and maintain our small‑batch workflow. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Buttercream Beauty Skincare
All Buttercream Beauty products are handcrafted in small batches at Sunset Ridge Ranch. Due to the nature of skincare items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, as these products are not re-stockable once they leave our facility.
Please note that certain situations do not qualify for a return or refund, including but not limited to:
• You do not like the scent, texture, or feel of the product
• The product did not meet personal expectations
• Sensitivity or irritation due to individual skin differences (please view our medical disclaimer)
• Ordering the wrong item or changing your mind after purchase
If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience any issues with your product, please contact us at contact@sunsetridgeranchwy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to help resolve the issue and may offer a replacement when appropriate.
Lamb Meat Sales
All lamb meat sales are final. Because our products are perishable and processed through USDA‑inspected facilities, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or you believe there is an issue with product quality or packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sunsetridgeranchwy.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing hello@lorinapoli.com. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited. If you purchase a coaching package and are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions within 7 days of the initial appointment.
