Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in providing high-quality services and healthy, pasture-raised Dorper sheep. Because our offerings include live animals and personalized coaching, our refund policy is tailored to each category.
Live Animal Sales
All live animal sales are final. We do not accept returns once the animal has left our property. Buyers are responsible for transportation, care, and housing upon pickup or delivery.
If an animal arrives in poor condition or there is a concern about health or documentation, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@sunsetridgeranchwy.com. We will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing hello@lorinapoli.com. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited. If you purchase a coaching package and are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions within 7 days of the initial appointment.
