These noodles are a game changer for my carnivore lifestyle. The perfect substitute for pasta or noodles without all the carbs. My mind is spinning with new recipe ideas right now! Beef Stroganoff, Shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Noodle Soup, just to name a few! Have you tried egg noodles? What dishes did you make with them?
This recipe makes enough noodles for about 2 servings. For my family of 3, I usually double this recipe. If you don't have a crepe pan, you can use an 8-10 inch frying pan. It's important to get the pan nice and hot for this recipe. Don't worry if the crepes brown. If they are too brown for your liking, then turn the heat down slightly. They will still taste just as good.
carnivore egg noodles
Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 tsp beef gelatin powder
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan or crepe pan over medium-high heat and add a little butter.
3. Pour in some batter, tilting the pan to spread it thin.
4. Cook until the crepe begins to set, then flip to finish the other side.
5. Transfer the crepe to a cutting board and slice into strips with a pizza cutter or knife.
6. Cut the noodles to your preferred width.
7. Serve plain, with butter, topped with sauce, or added to your favorite low-carb dishes.
